All cats boarding with us must be fully up to date with their annual vaccinations. For boarding purposes we require vaccination against feline enteritis & cat flu. We are required to hold the vaccination card during your cats stay with us

Please ensure your cat is up to date with their flea & worm treatment. (This includes indoor/house cats)

All booked days are chargeable regardless of late drop off/early pick up, unless a minimum of 14 days notice has been given

We reserve the right the charge a cancellation fee at 50% of the original booking cost, in the event of a cancellation unless a minimum of 14 days notice is given

Non-refundable/non-transferable deposits are required for first time clients & for all Christmas bookings

For safety reasons please remove collars from cat prior to boarding

It is your responsibility to transport your cat in a safe & secure carrier

To safeguard the health of our other boarding cats, we reserve the right to refuse a cat if he/she appears unwell on entry. However fortunately to date, we have never had to refuse a kitty on this basis.

We cannot accept un-neutered male cats over the age of 6 months.

We have a minimum of a 3 day stay charge.

Please note the Christmas period is a particularly busy time for us, and although we continue to charge our normal rates, we do ask for a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit from all our clients and have a minimum of a 7 day stay charge.

Cats sharing a unit must be from the same household. However if an injury occurs as a result of cats sharing a unit, any veterinary fees will be the responsibility of the owners.

It is your responsibility to disclose any medical history which may affect your cats stay, including any pre-existing or reoccurring medical conditions.

In the unlikely event of veterinary treatment being required as a direct result of your cat boarding with us, we have insurance to cover these costs. However our insurance will understandably not cover veterinary fees for conditions that are not a direct result of boarding.

Its the responsibility of the owner to provide enough food/medication for the duration of your cats stay. Any costs for additional food/medication purchased will be the responsibility of the owner.

We encourage owners to bring some of their cats personal belongings to help them settle into cattery life, however these are left at the owners risk & we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.

We reserve the right to re-home any cats not collected within 7 days of their booked collection date, if there has been no contact from the owners.
